📋 Description

• Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment efforts supporting US Government and private sector contracts • Source and hire high-level managerial and director-level talent across security, healthcare, and response logistics sectors • Recruit, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent for complex managerial and director roles • Source and attract candidates using advanced databases, professional social media platforms, and networking strategies • Conduct phone screens and filter candidates against open-position requirements • Conduct structured interviews using recruiting and selection tools and methods • Assess leadership knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, executive experience, and operational aptitudes • Onboard new employees into government and private sector operations • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices for compliance and competitive hiring • Perform additional duties according to customer/client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 2 years of professional full-lifecycle recruiting experience • Proven track record of recruiting for mid-to-senior level managerial and director roles, ideally within security, healthcare, or response logistics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to pass background check • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Frequently move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery • Occasionally stand; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
