📋 Description

• Serve as a training solution partner to the organization, working with the Learning Development Consultant to define needs and develop training solutions • Manage multiple instructional design projects and training programs concurrently • Design effective, time-frugal training materials, including online/e-learning modules, microlearning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, online tutorials, and multimedia content • Develop training for onboarding, performance management, professional development, leadership development, and team engagements • Own Learning Management System administrative maintenance and reporting using Workday Learning & Performance modules • Support Talent team communications and maintenance of design initiatives and programs • Maintain established programs, increase participation, and update content and delivery options • Partner with Talent Management team members to refine needs and design organizational training solutions • Write and edit technical and procedural documents, including training aids, quick reference guides, participant guides, and facilitator manuals • Publish and revise content in Workday or other LMS platforms and create learning reports • Support change efforts required to launch new or revised training experiences and culture initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required • 5+ years of work experience as an Instructional Designer required • Healthcare experience preferred • Extensive knowledge of best practices in creating and designing instructional materials for adult education and/or corporate training • Knowledge and application of technology for learning, including multimedia development, web conferencing, learning management systems, social networking, and online collaborative tools • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills with all levels of management • Ability to consult with senior stakeholders, HR, and People Leaders with professionalism and influence • Ability to manage multiple complex leadership design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail • Ability to determine learning needs and distill complex concepts into simple design solutions • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Project, Excel, Articulate, Storyline, and microlearning platforms • Proactive, creative, and efficient approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions • Excellent written, oral, and technical writing skills
