📋 Description

• Assess training needs across multiple business divisions • Design effective learning solutions supporting enterprise-wide initiatives • Create and deliver instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning programs • Manage instructional development projects from analysis through implementation using the ADDIE methodology • Develop microlearning, online learning, and classroom-based training experiences • Evaluate audiovisual materials to ensure learning objectives are accomplished • Develop, design, and implement classroom and technology-based training programs • Prepare, implement, and manage instructional development projects • Develop project budgets and allocate necessary resources • Contribute to the selection, development, and updating of courseware content for web-based and other media delivery • Partner with multiple business areas and collaborate across cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in instructional systems design, online course development, and SCORM-compliant content creation • Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline, Presenter, Quizmaker, and Engage • Proficiency with Camtasia, SnagIt, Adobe eLearning tools, and Microsoft Office • Experience creating multimedia learning assets and editing audio and voiceovers • Advanced AI capabilities using generative AI tools for content development, learning assets, storyboards, assessment content, learner engagement, and training delivery • Ability to translate complex business concepts into engaging learner-centered experiences • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently and across cross-functional teams • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment • 1 year of SCORM content development experience • 1 year of instructional system design experience • 4 years of experience in website design and content development, including online training and course materials • Ability to edit voiceovers and record audio using Sony Sound Forge or equivalent software • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment • Ability to apply the ISD/ADDIE model when creating learning models • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Excellent time and project management skills • Sponsorship is not available for this position
