📋 Description

• Analyze learning needs • Design and develop training materials • Deliver engaging learning experiences that build capability across the FPS2 program • Apply instructional design expertise, adult learning methodologies, and facilitation skills • Improve performance and support strategic objectives • Work with and respond to government clients within the Eastern time zone • Travel occasionally for training and project meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government • Must be a U.S. citizen or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System • Foreign National Government System candidates must have lived within the United States for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years • Valid and non-expired passport from country of birth • Appropriate visa/work permit documentation • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field • 5+ years of experience • Experience designing and delivering training in corporate, technical, or government environments • Proficiency with instructional design software, such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, and Vyond • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and instructionally sound materials • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities • Master’s degree in a learning-related field (desired) • Experience with LMS administration or learning data analytics (desired) • Exposure to Agile development or human centered design (desired) • Industry-specific training experience in IT, cybersecurity, healthcare, operations, or related fields (desired) • Ability to work within the Eastern time zone, generally from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern
