📋 Description

• Design and develop instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements • Conduct analysis of training and media requirements • Develop training objectives, test methods, and instructionally valid training materials • Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans • Design and develop computer-based, web-based, and other technology-based learning solutions • Develop flow diagrams and storyboards • Design instructionally sound lessons across varied delivery media • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy • Utilize CPM/LOM or other NETC authoring tools as directed • Perform individual production work such as test development and course updates • Develop workflows using Microsoft Office 365 applications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field • 8+ years of related experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 • Excellent written and verbal communication • Experience designing and developing Navy training/curriculum • US citizenship required • Must be able to pass a qualifying background investigation to meet eligibility requirements for an IT Level II Common Access Card (CAC) • Less than 10% travel required
