📋 Description

• Support U.S. Oncology commercial teams in learning clinical and sales skills • Assist in creating and implementing the yearly training plan • Provide training solutions at national, regional, district, or individual levels • Understand learning needs and business goals with mid-level managers and Directors • Create and implement learning plans aligned with Oncology priorities and strategy • Engage stakeholders to ensure training supports positive results • Collaborate across departments to address performance needs and communicate training requirements • Maintain therapeutic area, product, and competitive knowledge • Establish relationships with Oncology Sales management and headquarters stakeholders • Lead onboarding for new oncology customer-facing roles • Deliver clinical training focused on Keys to Good Selling Principles • Report training effectiveness and suggest improvements • Evaluate and recommend learning resources and support their development • Assist brand marketing and Learning & Development with training during sales meetings • Execute new-hire learning plans and support successful certification • Prioritize training aligned with U.S. Oncology brand priorities • Deliver training in face-to-face and virtual settings • Clearly articulate learning goals and accommodate individual learning styles • Prioritize field-based customer needs while completing routine assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) • At least 3 years of Oncology market experience • Thorough understanding of the Oncology therapeutic area and current market trends • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with different individuals, influence without authority, and persuade • Excellent presentation and training abilities, capable of conveying complex scientific and public health concepts to different audiences • Strong leadership and collaboration skills in a matrix organization • Proficiency in prioritization and alignment of decisions with corporate strategies • Technological proficiency, including MS Office Suite, iPad, and Veeva • Strong planning and organization skills • Ability to travel at least 25% • Valid driving license • Preferred: sales and/or training experience in kidney cancer and hematology • Preferred: advanced degree, such as MBA or PharmD • Preferred: work experience in sales training and/or another HQ-based role
