📋 Description

• Create Capability/Competency Maps for key roles within Global Operations • Develop innovative training solutions for Annual Quality Training, GMP, GCP, GxP, regulatory, and technical priorities • Use video, mixed reality, augmented reality, virtual reality, immersive training, and AI to deliver learning solutions • Review existing training materials for efficacy, clarity, consistency, effectiveness, and accessibility compliance • Manage the full lifecycle of new technologies, including regulatory compliance, security reviews, and sustained enablement • Develop and produce interactive video and Extended Reality content • Partner with Global Operations leadership and HR L&D to define learning priorities • Oversee learning KPIs and metrics to ensure training effectiveness • Build and deliver the vision for technical learning priorities across Global Operations • Develop and manage cross-functional relationships and collaborate across Agilent • Manage learning strategy and support employee career growth aligned with Global Operations strategy • Manage timelines, tools, and resources through matrixed delivery teams • Mentor training personnel across Global Operations • Support internal and external audits as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution • Minimum 5 years of experience in training content development • Experience leveraging eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate RISE, Captivate, and Vyond • Experience using video content development, extended reality experiences, and virtual reality experiences preferred • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and regulatory requirements preferred • Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in content development preferred • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with high attention to detail and ethical standards • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English, written and verbal • Ability to travel 25% of the time
