📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to diagnose complex organizational challenges and identify root causes • Translate business strategy into practical people, structure, and capability solutions • Design and implement AI enablement strategies, resources, and learning experiences • Drive AI adoption and capability building across the organization • Identify, prioritize, and scale role-specific and function-specific AI use cases • Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise and large-scale initiatives, including planning, communication, coordination, and measurement of outcomes • Leverage talent, engagement, performance, and workforce data to identify trends and risks • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve retention and organizational effectiveness • Contribute to workforce planning, skills mapping, mobility, and organizational health strategies • Apply best practices and develop tools, templates, and methodologies • Mentor junior team members to strengthen team capability and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in organizational development, talent management, human resources, or a related field • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior leaders at the Director–VP level • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with the ability to translate insights into action • Experience with change management and organizational effectiveness practices • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups • Experience driving AI adoption, enablement, or technology-enabled workforce transformation • Experience with talent management processes and workforce planning • Background supporting organizational design or enterprise transformation initiatives • Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field is desired • Certifications in relevant areas such as change management, coaching, or organizational development are desired
