📋 Description

• Lead a team of Direct Sales Representatives within the assigned Florida territory • Manage a direct sales team selling assigned products and services within a designated geographic region or industry segment • Lead self-generated business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound business development • Develop revenue, volume, and market share objectives • Establish and achieve sales and budget goals • Execute marketing strategies for products and services sold • Build and maintain profitable customer relationships • Identify and monitor market trends and competitor activity • Develop and administer the annual budget for the assigned area • Cultivate relationships with industry associations and community networks • Train, motivate, coach, and provide daily leadership to the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience • Typically eight to 10 years of relevant experience • Ability to travel • Advanced knowledge of sales and sales strategies • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong management and leadership skills • Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills • Effective customer service/relations skills • Thorough knowledge of banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends • Ability to make important decisions independently • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
