📋 Description

• Support the sale of complex accounts payable solutions • Lead discovery conversations to understand client payables processes, goals, and challenges • Assess business needs and recommend tailored solutions aligned with client objectives • Deliver demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations • Partner with sales teams to develop solution strategies and strengthen client relationships • Address technical questions and build confidence in proposed solutions throughout the sales cycle • Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to support implementation readiness and successful handoffs • Contribute to a positive client experience through consultative engagement and proactive communication • Educate internal partners on solution capabilities and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Typically 10 or more years of related experience • Experience preferably selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to a variety of customers • Demonstrated consultative, solutions-based selling background and experience • Proficient technical and analytical acumen • Considerable knowledge of products and solutions in primary area of responsibility and related products and solutions • Solid proficiency demonstrating complex/software based solutions • Proficient in working effectively with a variety of function groups to assemble customer solutions • Effective presentation, training, verbal and written communication skills • Strong accounts payable and payables process expertise • Experience leading discovery, needs assessment, and solution design discussions • Ability to partner across sales, implementation, and support teams • Treasury management, payments, or fintech experience • Experience supporting implementation transitions and client onboarding • Healthcare payables experience preferred • Public sector, higher education, and/or middle market client experience preferred • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies • Applicants must be able to satisfy applicable employment eligibility verification and background-check requirements
