📋 Description

• Understand how insurance verification is done in key verticals • Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers, including setup, testing, and go-live • Serve as primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts • Manage cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams • Advocate internally for customer needs and provide structured feedback to product and engineering • Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and ensure measurable customer value • Support contract renewals and growth initiatives with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Management consulting experience in insurance, automotive, or real estate • Proven success managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with complex integration needs • Ability to design and operationalize customer success processes in early-stage or scaling organizations • Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot APIs, data integrations, and authentication workflows • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions • Understanding of UX principles, workflow optimization, and data security protocols • Authorization to work in the United States or Canada
