📋 Description

• Monitor, respond to, triage, own, document, and resolve Included Access tickets within established SLA timeframes • Open and manage JIRA and other internal tracking tickets requiring cross-functional support • Drive collaboration and escalate issues to management when necessary • Perform system configurations using the HUB and other internal tools • Execute configuration changes based on Implementation Consultant and Project Manager specifications • Create and manage project-management tasks and maintain setup records • Support technical integrations and data setup activities • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams • Manage Annual Enrollment Benefits Reviews (AEBR) tasks, workflows, documentation, and status tracking • Conduct peer quality assurance reviews and pre-launch testing • Validate system configurations and data integrity before client launches • Provide operational and tactical support to Implementation Consultants and Project Managers • Coordinate internal teams to complete client requirements • Maintain documentation, knowledge-base articles, troubleshooting guides, training materials, and organized records • Meet ticket-resolution, quality, configuration-accuracy, and client-satisfaction goals • Identify and implement process improvements • Manage workload across multiple clients and support operational excellence • Support training and onboarding of new team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS client support or technical implementation; healthcare/healthcare technology preferred • 2+ years of hands-on experience with system configuration and client ticketing systems • High School Diploma required • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience in healthcare and/or employee benefits administration preferred • Knowledge of benefits enrollment processes and healthcare data management preferred • Experience with internal configuration tools and client support platforms • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly • Experience with quality assurance processes and testing procedures preferred
