📋 Description

• Communicate technical project requirements to external customers and ensure implementation prerequisites are in place • Lead and perform Exterro FTK solution implementations according to approved Statements of Work and project goals • Test and troubleshoot product components throughout implementation • Address customer technical inquiries and implementation issues • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful customer implementations • Develop documentation and scripted solutions for the Technical Engineering team • Remotely support Exterro's global customer base • Perform other duties as assigned • Occasionally travel up to 25%

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring and troubleshooting DFIR solutions such as Exterro FTK, Cellebrite, Magnet, EnCase or similar tools preferred but not required • Solid technical background in customer-facing enterprise software implementation or support • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across customer or partner organizations • Strong project management experience, including setting reasonable and attainable deadlines • Ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent tasks independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including complex queries • Strong skills in administration and advanced configuration of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems • Experience implementing, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting Windows-based applications • Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP protocols and firewall management • Scripting experience using PowerShell and Python • Experience working with APIs for integration and automation • Must successfully pass a background check • Must comply with security and privacy policies, procedures and standards • Must participate in mandatory security and privacy training • Must protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and systems within the role's scope
