📋 Description

• Oversee and conduct ePro and CIT reviews to ensure legislative requirements are correctly incorporated • Create ET variations in ePro related to Rx and eligibility • Support the Implementation Manager with plan design, plan interpretation, and administration questions • Create B&C Legislation reports for downstream partners • Serve as a legislation subject matter expert for downstream partners and the offshore Leg team • Provide leadership and legislative support for projects • Maintain departmental quality and performance expectations • Provide issue reports identifying issues that could delay client implementation of healthcare services • Maintain legislation reports in the document storage process • Support end-to-end audits to review disjoints in claims systems

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 2+ years of experience with Cigna's administrative capabilities, including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, and customer services experience, preferred • 2+ years of experience working with matrix partner relationships and effectively resolving issues, required • 2+ years of experience with multiple software and system-based applications, including databases and spreadsheets, preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, required • Detailed legislation and compliance knowledge preferred • Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all organizational levels and functions • Ability to independently manage divergent priorities and client expectations for mutually acceptable solutions, required • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working remotely
