📋 Description

• Maintain regular customer engagement cadences through all phases of implementation, from sales handoff to value realization • Create implementation plans outlining customer goals and activities needed to achieve them • Conduct regular onboarding reviews, track progress, and adapt plans as necessary • Cultivate customer champions and expand their Fieldguide knowledge • Serve as the link between customers and Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams • Communicate customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap, internal processes, and future onboarding iterations • Identify success risks proactively and develop action plans to mitigate them • Document customer value through case studies, use cases, and success metrics • Track customer progress against adoption maps and plot value realization over time • Deliver Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding programs to new customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review • Alternatively, 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup • Strong consulting skills and proven results driving business value for customers as a trusted advisor • Project management proficiency with ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with little direct oversight • Ability to professionally problem-solve while juggling several customers • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence change • History of communicating effectively with customers and across internal teams • Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end and complete them with minimal direction or oversight • Experience working as a practitioner at an audit, advisory, or CPA firm
