📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for assigned Medical providers from signed offer through their first 30 days seeing patients • Serve as providers’ go-to point of contact, proactively answering questions and removing blockers • Build, own, and continuously improve onboarding materials and training, including live sessions and asynchronous content • Identify friction in the onboarding process and fix issues, prioritizing problems that matter as volume grows • Drive urgency toward provider activation using judgment about when to push, support, or remove roadblocks • Coordinate onboarding logistics across every involved system and team • Improve onboarding metrics including activation rate, time to start, satisfaction, and new-hire experience • Use onboarding insights to shape future priorities • Help scale a 0→1 onboarding function as Nourish grows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years delivering high-touch, high-stakes support to customers, clients, or patients at volume • Ideally managing cohorts of 50-100+ individuals • Experience thriving in fast-paced startups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, or tech • Passion for helping providers succeed • Hyper organized; able to optimize messy processes into scalable workflows • Ability to flex between hands-on support and broader project work • Ability to learn quickly and build deep expertise • Ability to take ownership and make sound independent decisions amid ambiguity • Ability to build trust with people at every level and communicate effectively • Experience leading live group training, conducting 1:1 conversations, and writing async content • High emotional intelligence and genuine investment in supporting others • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
