📋 Description

• Review assigned projects for scope, constructability, and sequencing • Conduct pre-construction walkouts with vendors and internal teams • Verify locate ticket status and ensure valid locates before excavation • Issue required 48-hour notices • Coordinate specialty services, permits, traffic control requirements, and jurisdictional approvals • Identify and resolve field conflicts with engineering and management • Meet daily with foremen and vendors to review work plans and sequencing • Monitor GPM check-ins and production updates • Verify vendor documentation, certifications, equipment, and compliance with construction methods • Conduct site inspections and QA/QC checks • Ensure safety, PPE, drilling, depth, aerial attachment, HOA, restoration, and permit compliance • Troubleshoot technical issues, map discrepancies, damages, and unexpected field conditions • Submit daily and project reports, including EOS, damage, MOT, and QA/QC documentation • Communicate with management, clients, cities, jurisdictions, crews, homeowners, and the public • Monitor material availability and traffic control requests • Support yard organization, equipment readiness, and crew training • Ensure daily field execution, productivity, compliance, reporting, and timely completion of production goals

🎯 Requirements

• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License • Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements as they relate to the customer and any governmental guidelines • Ability to lift around 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and work in extreme weather • Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction • Ability to travel to different job sites within the assigned market
