📋 Description

• Confirm tour times, attendee lists, and owner qualifications • Walk owners through software requirements before virtual tours • Troubleshoot basic connectivity and platform access issues • Build professional rapport and reassure owners about the virtual process • Enter and update reservation data and contact information • Follow company policies and security awareness protocols • Perform necessary administrative duties

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar customer service or virtual support environment • Vacation Ownership or Timeshare Outbound experience highly preferred • Exceptional ability to communicate and interact via telephone and digital channels • Strength with SPI, Excel, Email, Jag, Max, and virtual meeting platforms • Ability to interpret data and solve practical problems involving various variables • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information • Willingness to occasionally work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
