• 5+ years of experience in software engineering • Object-oriented design and implementation • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and MySQL (bonus points for working with frontend teams or frontend integration) • Strong design and architecture skills • Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation) • Advanced english
