📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for client-facing reporting and analytics across the Valenz Health portfolio • Create a consistent reporting experience through KPIs, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations • Partner with Product teams to evolve reporting capabilities alongside product functionality, client needs, and enterprise priorities • Use customer feedback, adoption trends, usability insights, and business priorities to guide product decisions and roadmap planning • Identify opportunities to combine healthcare data across solutions for comprehensive, actionable client insights • Advance reporting from individual product reporting toward cross-product analytics • Translate business and client needs into reporting requirements, priorities, and scalable solutions with Data & Analytics and Engineering • Improve self-service analytics and incorporate benchmarking, predictive insights, AI, and advanced analytics • Lead cross-functional planning and prioritization based on client value, business impact, scalability, and feasibility • Bring reporting experiences from concept through delivery with UX, Product, Data, Analytics, and Engineering teams • Measure adoption, utilization, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes to drive product improvement • Work with Client Success, Sales, and Implementation to understand client needs and support adoption • Serve as internal subject matter expert for the client-facing reporting experience • Valenz Health creates technology- and clinically enabled healthcare solutions that reduce costs, improve quality, and elevate the healthcare experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including analytics, reporting, or other data-driven products • Experience developing and managing product strategies and roadmaps for client-facing technology or SaaS products • Experience with reporting platforms, dashboards, data visualization, and analytics-driven customer experiences • Experience working with healthcare data such as claims, eligibility, provider, clinical, employer, or member data • Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities, requirements, and scalable solutions • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Data, Analytics, Engineering, and client-facing teams • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance individual customer needs with broader product strategy, scalability, and long-term business priorities • Reliable internet connection • Quiet workspace free from distractions • Adherence to company security protocols, including VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software • Must be US based and able to work effectively while complying with company policies such as HIPAA • Bachelor's degree in a related field (a plus) • Experience within the self-funded or self-insured employer healthcare market (a plus) • Understanding of employer-sponsored health plans, TPAs, brokers and consultants, or healthcare cost drivers (a plus) • Experience developing analytics or reporting products within healthcare (a plus)
