📋 Description

• Translate the Product Director’s/Manager’s roadmap priorities into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements • Maintain requirements, process-flow, and screen-mock documentation • Clarify requirements with engineering during build and testing • Support backlog grooming and refinement • Track initiatives, dependencies, and delivery status, flagging risks or blockers • Participate in standups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives • Assist with shadow-mode validation and testing/QA activities • Use AI tools to accelerate requirements drafting, documentation, research synthesis, and data analysis • Build prototypes, mockups, and proof-of-concept artifacts using AI-assisted tooling • Stay current on AI-enabled and automation capabilities relevant to patient access and product work • Generate reports communicating findings and insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and identify process improvements • Partner with product leadership and senior leadership to align work with product and business goals • Follow company values, policies, SOPs, and training deadlines • Perform additional assigned tasks or projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, project coordination, or a related field; relevant internships or academic projects count • Experience or coursework in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process/workflow mapping • Strong technical aptitude with troubleshooting and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word) • Experience creating screen mocks and diagramming process flows • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot daily • Healthcare or life sciences experience preferred • Familiarity with Agile methodology, backlog management, and Jira or Azure DevOps preferred • Exposure to patient access, hub services, or reimbursement workflows preferred • Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI preferred • Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
