📋 Description

• Contact program patients and assess barriers to successful therapy initiation and completion • Support each patient from program enrollment throughout treatment • Identify barriers to therapy and help patients navigate them • Educate patients about prescribed therapy, treatment course, benefits, known side effects, administration, and dosing • Contact and work with insurance payers to determine coverage, anticipated out-of-pocket costs, and financial assistance resources • Provide support to help patients manage diagnosis-related stress • Triage patients to support for non-program needs, including social or other intervention programs • Report adverse events and product complaints according to SOPs and good manufacturer practices • Complete corporate policy and procedure training on time • Follow all SOPs consistently • Perform additional assigned tasks or projects

🎯 Requirements

• Must have active RN licensure in current state of practice • 2–3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease-state experience preferred • Nurseline triage, call center utilization management, or call center case management experience is a plus • Case management or clinical trial nurse experience is a plus • Bachelor's degree preferred • Must meet all work-from-home criteria for remote-work eligibility, subject to business need • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Flexibility to travel minimally as needed preferred • Successful completion of a background check required; drug screen may be required depending on position
