📋 Description

• Manage daily program operations • Ensure adherence to contracted Service Level Agreements • Implement and manage client-specific business rules • Communicate daily with the team to ensure engagement and alignment with program operations and goals • Hire, develop, and train team members • Ensure staffing levels meet daily program needs • Ensure direct reports receive role-proficiency training • Work proactively with Human Resources to maintain a candidate pipeline • Provide consistent and timely coaching and development for direct reports • Report Adverse Events/Product Complaint inquiries in accordance with SOPs and good manufacturer practices • Ensure corporate policy training deadlines are met • Ensure all SOPs are followed consistently • Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Previous personnel/team management experience • Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, commercialization of products, and working with manufacturers is a plus • Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus • Detail oriented • Professional telephone etiquette • Self-awareness of emotions and their potential impact on others • Basic computer knowledge • Ability to multitask effectively • Ability to recognize emotions and their effects • Ability to manage disruptive impulses • Standards of honesty and integrity • Ability to take responsibility for performance • Ability to adapt to and handle change with flexibility • Innovative and open to new ideas • Achievement driven • Alignment with group or organizational goals • Initiative and ability to act on opportunities • Optimism and persistence despite obstacles and setbacks • Service orientation toward patients and care partners • Clear and concise communication • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
