• Organize and lead a team of ROI specialists supporting multiple accounts • Distribute daily workflow to the MRT Team • Provide real-time constructive feedback regarding company standards, policies, and account protocols • Document and escalate recurring performance issues to the Manager • Track and maintain remote access for MRT staff • Facilitate onboarding of new MRT access for clients • Process medical ROI requests efficiently • Extract and format report data for MRT processing and ensure proper system access • Load MRT inventory into software to initiate bot processing • Track and monitor bot tasks and return finalized lists upon completion • Update team trackers and Excel spreadsheets daily • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate MRT processing issues • Analyze inventory data for accuracy and completeness • Support access request processes • Maintain workflow documentation • Assist with training new hires and attend required training sessions • Collaborate with clients, Verisma management, associates, and the MRT Team • Perform other related duties and promote Verisma Core Values • Complete supervisor duties 60% of the time and process records 40% of the time
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required • Some college coursework preferred • At least four (4) years of experience in medical records management, preferably in a healthcare setting • Ability to understand and adhere to HIPAA and state regulations for releasing Protected Health Information (PHI) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, including documentation, formulas, and reporting • Technical proficiency navigating multiple systems and workflows • Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail for speed and accuracy in medical record processing • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and meet productivity expectations • Effective written and verbal communication for professional interactions across teams
