📋 Description

• Review and evaluate program representatives using an approved quality scorecard • Assess patient experience, FDA Adverse Events/Product Complaints regulations, HIPAA compliance, and program policies and procedures • Analyze potential call trends through call monitoring • Work with internal departments to develop solutions that improve patient experience • Prepare and analyze internal quality reports for management review • Manage disputes and call requests received through the ServiceNow portal • Participate in or facilitate internal and external calibrations to identify client needs and expectations • Facilitate new-hire training and introduce program quality standards and expectations • Prepare call records and related documents for internal and external client audits • Locate specific call records and provide reports of findings • Edit call recordings to remove Protected Health Information as requested or required by contractual agreements • Participate in internal department meetings as needed • Contribute to call-monitoring formats and quality standards • Identify and report pharmacovigilance information, including Adverse Events, as required by clients • Follow Valeris values, corporate policies, procedures, and SOPs • Complete training deadlines and perform additional assigned tasks or projects • Partner with Patient Experience Center or Market Access Leadership, Training, and client teams

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Minimum 2 years of customer service, reimbursement/insurance, healthcare billing, physician office, or health insurance processing experience required • QA/QC audit experience preferred • Intermediate knowledge of FDA regulations for Adverse Events (AE)/Product Complaints (PC) and HIPAA guidelines • Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a cross-functional environment • Ability to manage priorities independently without direct supervision • High level of professionalism and integrity • Ability to be fair and impartial • Problem-solving and independent decision-making ability • Ability to collect, gather, visualize, and analyze data in detail • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Strong planning, time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management and personalities • Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel • Basic knowledge of monitoring software preferred, such as Zoom Call Recording, Calabrio, or NICE Call Recording • Prefer candidates able to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
