📋 Description
• Lead delivery operations across project-based engagements and managed services • Ensure consistent execution, high-quality outcomes, and strong client experience • Provide leadership across Associate Consultants, Consultants, and Managers • Align delivery practices, solution quality, operational standards, and regional service performance • Collaborate across Sales and Delivery functions to establish a scalable, repeatable delivery approach • Translate transformation objectives into executable delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and continuous value • Embed AI-enabled capabilities across delivery workflows, managed services operations, and solution implementation • Oversee delivery across project-based implementations and ongoing managed services engagements
