📋 Description

• Perform process and field services for Pulp & Energy Solutions equipment and products in pulp and paper mills • Conduct start-ups and commissioning services • Perform inspections and condition assessments • Support maintenance and service agreements • Conduct process and emissions tune-ups • Troubleshoot equipment and provide emergency assistance • Plan and execute outages • Advise on construction for rebuild, upgrade, and capital projects • Perform root cause analysis • Develop O&M procedures and conduct data monitoring and reporting as directed • Prepare and submit detailed service reports • Work with Field Service Engineers, Product Engineers, and Sales personnel • Develop relationships with key customers and conduct service sales visits • Provide hands-on supervision of equipment maintenance, repair, rebuild, troubleshooting, and installation at customer sites • Diagnose issues and provide technical solutions during scheduled and emergency service shutdowns • Lead projects independently at customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering Technology • Minimum of five years of related hands-on mechanical experience • Strong mechanical aptitude • Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, rigging, pipefitting, millwrighting, and machining preferred • Ability to read blueprints and diagrams • Ability to oversee projects and manage all aspects of leading a subcontractor crew • Ability to travel by air or automobile up to 200 days a year • Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills • Good communication and organizational skills • Strong PC skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical required as conditions of employment • Applicant must be living in and authorized to work in the US
