📋 Description

• Shape the development of Valon’s SaaS mortgage servicing platform • Own rollout of the platform with enterprise clients • Drive customer engagements from the opening sales pitch through implementation and post-launch success • Act as a mortgage servicing subject matter expert to help shape business requirements into product features • Engage clients across the deployment cycle, including sales demos, enablement, and product support • Educate clients on successful use of Valon’s system • Understand client needs and tailor solutions that drive measurable outcomes • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to translate feedback into feature requests and platform improvements • Support client implementations through travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of mortgage servicing experience • Strong domain knowledge of most mortgage servicing industry concepts • Direct experience managing the technical and operational implementation of a new servicing system • Prior experience with Foreclosure & Bankruptcy preferred • Client-facing experience • Ability to act as a mortgage servicing subject matter expert • Technically capable, including building, debugging, and optimizing workflows • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States of America • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 25–50%
