📋 Description

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact • Set direction for critical technical surface areas to support rapid growth • Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js • Build and scale the Integrations Platform and shared primitives for authentication, lifecycle, observability, and publishing • Enable customers to improve their security and prove it • Mentor engineers and contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture • Help advance declarative, low-code, no-code, and AI-powered integration development

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience with backend development • Experience designing, building, and scaling backend systems, APIs, and platform primitives • Technical leadership experience for teams or complex projects • Previous startup experience or experience in an environment prioritizing bias for action • Previous experience working on greenfield projects • Interest in learning about security or prior security experience • Willingness to use AI responsibly to amplify skills and improve efficiency and impact • Experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
