📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical partner advocate for MSSP/MSP relationships, driving new partnerships and expanding existing relationships • Recruit new MSSPs into the CrowdStrike partner ecosystem and articulate the value of managed service offerings on the Falcon platform • Develop and operationalize CrowdStrike-powered managed service offerings with MSSP partners, Solution Architects, and Sales Engineers • Design scalable, multi-tenant architectures aligned with partner service delivery models and go-to-market strategies • Apply CrowdStrike products and services to solve end-customer problems through MSSP partners • Build and refine partner workflows, playbooks, and automation capabilities using APIs, data ingestion pipelines, AI, and SIEM/SOAR connectivity • Deliver technology strategies focused on MSSP scalability and service monetization • Develop partner and client self-service solutions for onboarding, deployment, and ongoing management • Create technical enablement plans for MSSP operational teams, SOC analysts, threat hunters, incident responders, agentic AI teams, and partner SEs • Build SA process standards for MSSPs, GSIs, System Integrators, and other partner channels • Support partner demo environments and proof-of-concept engagements • Resolve complex technical challenges including installations, troubleshooting, integration support, and product training • Interface with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Channel teams to resolve partner issues and advocate for MSSP platform needs • Report on partner field activities, pipeline influence, technical blockers, and enablement gaps • Represent CrowdStrike at security conferences, MSSP summits, lunch & learns, and partner-sponsored events

🎯 Requirements

• Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms • Strong understanding of how MSSPs architect, deliver, and scale managed security services • Knowledge in one or more of cloud security, endpoint defense, agentic AI deployments, modern malware lifecycle, threat intelligence, security operations, incident response, endpoint management, identity protection, and operating system architecture • Experience in a security-focused Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales/technical role • Direct exposure to MSSP or managed services environments is ideal • Demonstrated experience landing and expanding technology partnerships, recruiting new partners, and growing revenue within existing relationships • Familiarity with MSSP business models, including multi-tenancy, white-labeling, service packaging, and consumption-based licensing • Experience with APIs, scripting, and data exchange formats for automation and integration • Business development experience in a consulting, services, or channel/partner environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills for external audiences, including senior executives • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Preferred scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, Python, and/or VBScript • Preferred experience with SIEM, SOAR, or XDR platforms in an MSSP context • Preferred familiarity with multi-tenant security platform management and MSSP operational tooling
