📋 Description

• Lead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions to identify intelligent decisioning, automation, and optimization opportunities • Translate client needs into end-to-end AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, AI workflows, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures • Design and deliver scalable Bureau Composer implementations, including real-time decisioning workflows and standard or custom solutions • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and AI solution workshops for executive and technical audiences • Guide production deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions • Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and increase incremental revenue • Align security, compliance, and data governance frameworks, including FCRA, FACTA, IAM, and data protection • Build reusable AI solution patterns, accelerators, and strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or client-facing Systems Architecture • Practical AI literacy and application, including LLMs, automation workflows, and enterprise AI use cases • Experience translating requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions • Ability to simplify complex concepts • Working knowledge of security practices, IAM, data protection, and compliance frameworks • Experience in credit, fraud, identity, or risk analytics domains • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with Python or SQL • Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements • Hands-on experience applying LLMs or ML models in real-world or production use cases • Experience building or implementing AI-driven workflows, automation, or decisioning solutions • Experience integrating AI into APIs, applications, or enterprise systems • Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or LLM orchestration frameworks • Experience designing API-first, microservices-based architectures • Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and S3 • Experience with real-time and event-driven systems • Data integration and distributed systems design experience • SQL and data analysis for validation and troubleshooting • Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and data integration patterns • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Knowledge of credit risk decisioning, fraud and identity decisioning systems, bureau data, and decision strategies
