📋 Description

• Support sales teams with customer requests and learning resources • Assist customers with compliance needs, security questionnaires, and vendor registration requirements • Create video and knowledge-base content for customers and go-to-market teams • Facilitate customer office hours, product demos, and technical consultations • Share product knowledge and demonstrate aspects of 1Password to self-service and SMB customers • Provide training to customers and 1Password team members • Respond to vendor requests, security questionnaires, and legal requests • Write and manage go-to-market knowledge-base content • Record video resources for internal and customer use • Serve as a go-to-market resource for 1Password questions • Collaborate with the team to create materials for learning about and using 1Password • Increase adoption, reduce friction, and improve understanding of 1Password

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role • Experience in a SaaS, security, or technology environment preferred • Ability to communicate technical information accessibly to a general audience • Superior presentation and writing skills • Sharp attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and in a team setting • Personal experience with 1Password or another password manager is a bonus, not required • Must live in and be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada • No work authorization, relocation assistance, sponsorship, or visa transfer offered • Willingness to complete a background check • Ability to work from the applicable home country • Ability to attend in-person onboarding in Toronto
