📋 Description

• Lead a team of talented engineers to build, scale, and operate high-quality software systems. • Create an environment where engineers can do their best work—balancing execution, technical excellence, and long-term sustainability. • Help set technical direction, establish healthy engineering practices, and remove obstacles that slow teams down. • Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to build a product that our customers love. • Build a strong feedback culture focused on ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing software engineering teams. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver customer-impacting product initiatives • Track record of hiring, mentoring, and performance-managing engineers across levels. • 7+ years total engineering experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
