📋 Description

• Align business priorities and technical direction for vMetal and translate them into executable engineering specifications • Work directly with the Head of Product and engineering leadership on product tradeoffs • Run alpha and beta builds, including validation against real bare metal hardware where possible • Identify integration issues before customers do • Engage directly with platform engineers at AI Cloud operators and hyperscalers running bare metal at scale • Track the bare metal and GPU infrastructure ecosystem • Sharpen product positioning for technical buyers and partner with go-to-market teams on messaging • Bridge engineering, sales, and marketing to align product delivery with selling and support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, bare metal, or GPU/HPC platforms • Shipped a product used by other engineers in production • Understanding of bare metal provisioning • Knowledge of out-of-band server management, including Redfish and IPMI • Knowledge of PXE boot • Familiarity with Kubernetes fundamentals, pods, controllers, CRDs, and the operator pattern • Ability to hold credible technical conversations with engineers • Experience engaging with platform engineers and architects • Bonus: experience building a Kubernetes-as-a-Service offering • Bonus: platform product management experience building internal developer platforms • Adaptability to startup pace and change
