📋 Description

• Design and maintain career paths across all 150 career tracks, including critical skills, behavioral expectations, and progression criteria • Build relationships with subject matter experts and establish governance rhythms to keep career content accurate • Partner across People & Culture so career architecture feeds Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Feedback, Mobility, Workforce Planning, and Rewards • Drive the operational buildout of internal mobility through process documentation, stakeholder enablement, and continuous improvement • Advise stakeholders on equitable career design outcomes across populations, functions, and regions • Project manage Veeam's twice-annual performance review cycles end to end • Coordinate HRBPs, Rewards, HRIS, Communications, and regional leads around performance-cycle plans • Refine and launch cycle communications and manager enablement based on completion data, quality signals, and feedback • Design communications, resources, and enablement for career and performance tools • Support Workday configuration, testing, and adoption with HRIS/IT; identify workflow and AI opportunities • Translate program data into insights and recommendations, surface trends, and propose improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in talent management, performance management, HR, or organizational development, including ownership of a recurring cyclical program • Proven ability to run complex, interdependent workstreams independently and deliver in ambiguity with minimal supervision • Hands-on Workday experience; configuration or testing exposure in Talent or Performance modules strongly preferred • Strong communication and ability to create clarity in complex discussions and influence without authority across functions, levels, and regions • Track record of driving outcomes through partnership, not just coordination • Analytical mindset and comfort interpreting program data and using AI tools to sharpen analysis • Growth mindset and curiosity about emerging technology • Willingness to mentor and share knowledge with junior colleagues
