📋 Description

• Deploy to underperforming sites and identify root causes across staffing, process adherence, driver experience, and site leadership • Build stabilization plans with deadlines and clear definitions of done • Run buildings directly as a player-coach and take temporary operational control when needed • Rebuild daily operating rhythms, including shift starts, ops clock adherence, escalation paths, and driver debriefs • Serve as acting site leader during leadership vacancies and onboard permanent leaders • Provide operational leadership for new site launches through initial live volume • Support regional peak readiness through staffing plans, throughput validation, and contingency planning • Audit sites against the ground operations playbook and close operational gaps • Coach supervisors to independently run their buildings • Escalate recurring failure patterns to regional and central operations • Route tooling friction to product teams with actionable detail • Own deployment metrics including on-time delivery, deliveries per hour, delivered not received, ops clock adherence, days to standard, and 60-day post-deployment performance • Champion OSHA compliance and safe operating practices • Lead according to Veho's leadership principles

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading last-mile, delivery station, fulfillment, or high-volume distribution operations, with direct accountability for site or department performance • At least one detailed operational turnaround experience, including metrics before and after • Direct people leadership of frontline hourly and contingent labor • Experience across multiple sites or rapidly ramping into unfamiliar operations • Track record of earning authority with teams that are not your own and developing a successor bench • Willingness and ability to travel 75% or more within the assigned region, including overnight stays of several weeks at a time • Comfort with tech-enabled operations, operating systems, routing, and visibility tools • Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and bend, move, and lift boxes up to 50 lbs • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and early mornings • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be authorized to work in the United States or indicate whether sponsorship is required
