📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support and coordination with management and internal/external teams • Process orders and ensure timely follow-up • Identify issues in order entry or operations processes and collaborate with management on prompt, efficient solutions • Support installation managers with order and delivery information • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures • Perform administrative duties as assigned • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Background in general business operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory preferred • Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures • Product knowledge or ability to quickly learn it • General computer skills for basic data entry • Background in Trilogie • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes • Ability to efficiently accomplish administrative duties
