📋 Description

• Embed directly inside an enterprise client as an AI transformation partner • Work with operations, marketing, and finance teams to identify business pain points • Design, build, and release end-to-end solutions on Venn's platform and the client's centralized data • Work directly with client stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap • Execute solutions independently • Own outcomes and bring learnings to the product team • Scale solutions beyond the first client

🎯 Requirements

• Scoped and built products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments • Built or deployed systems powered by LLMs or generative models and understands how model behaviour affects product experience • Simplifies complexity and makes fast, sound decisions under pressure • Communicates clearly with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders • Spots risks early and adjusts without slowing down • Ability to travel up to 25% to work on-site with clients • Nice to have: Experience as a founder or in a forward deployed engineering role • Nice to have: A technical degree in CS, engineering, math, or a related field • Nice to have: Engineering or technical deployment experience that includes customer-facing work • Nice to have: Experience driving technology adoption inside large enterprises • Nice to have: Demonstrated proficiency writing and reviewing production-grade code across frontend and backend using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks
