📋 Description

• Own technical SEO fixes directly in WordPress, including indexing, crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and schema • Run technical audits and lead migrations, redesigns, or international SEO initiatives • Build Venn’s SEO and AEO strategy from scratch, including keyword architecture, content priorities, and a pipeline-focused roadmap • Track Venn’s visibility in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other AI-driven search surfaces • Adjust content, crawlability, and structured data to earn citations in AI-driven search • Partner with the BDR team and sales to turn customer calls and feedback into keyword targets, content angles, and page-level messaging • Own and manage Venn’s SEO tool stack • Report organic performance using business metrics such as pipeline influence, rankings, and traffic • Report to marketing and collaborate closely with sales and the BDR team

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, in-house, agency, or both • Hands-on WordPress experience, including independently fixing technical issues • Strong technical SEO grounding in crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture • Genuine curiosity about AI search and AEO, with a point of view on its direction • Ability to own a function end-to-end and work self-directed • Confidence working cross-functionally with sales and BDRs • Ability to derive insights from customer calls • Clear communication skills and ability to translate SEO logic into business terms • Experience with Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog • Example of a technical SEO fix shipped independently requested during application • SEO strategy or function built from zero requested if available
