📋 Description

• Drive the ongoing development, support, and enhancement of Ventura Foods' Salesforce CRM platform (Velocity) • Collaborate with cross-functional Commercial teams to identify business needs, define requirements, and implement solutions • Administer Salesforce by managing user access, monitoring and resolving system issues, and optimizing configurations and processes • Provide primary user support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver day-to-day help desk assistance • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching for Salesforce users • Develop and maintain training materials, knowledge resources, and process documentation • Monitor platform health, value, effectiveness, adoption, and system usage through data analysis • Manage and maintain third-party industry data in Velocity • Improve data quality, automate data feeds and processes, leverage AI where appropriate, and maximize CRM ROI • Lead CRM data stewardship and reporting efforts • Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards incorporating business, adoption, and system usage metrics • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing for CRM enhancements, integrations, new software, and system updates • Develop test scenarios, validate business requirements, document results, identify defects, and assess process impacts • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and are adopted

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field and minimum 2 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator required • 2–3 years experience working with Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud, using best practices • 3–4 years experience analyzing business data • Strong communication skills working with IT stakeholders, business leaders, and the user community • Ability to learn Ventura's business processes and translate business requirements into technical terms • Positive attitude; consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented • Strong analytical skills • Intermediate Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and conditional statements • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Ability to translate business needs and gather requirements for potential enhancements • Ability to create workflows, reports, and dashboards within Salesforce and/or Business Analytics tools • Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Code • Salesforce Admin certification preferred (ADM 201 and ADM 211)
