📋 Description

• Follow and implement data cleaning and updating protocols • Monitor and review data integrity across various systems • Prepare data for analysis • Input information into databases and systems to maintain records • Verify information with external sources and ensure data accuracy and quality control • Resolve routine issues in multiple-year data collection processes • Identify trends in data quality issues and share insights with colleagues • Assist in developing data visualizations for reporting • Support configuration of forms and tools for data collection • Participate in stakeholder and team meetings • Participate in routine project platform maintenance activities • Produce documentation about processes, data collection methods, and other decision points • Report to a Data Intelligence Analyst

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience with data management and use • Strong attention to detail • Strong independent task management in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work across multiple programs, reprioritize as timelines shift, and check in proactively • High degree of digital fluency using cloud-based office tools such as GSuite, CRMs, team collaboration/communication tools, and other web-based applications • Experience manipulating data in R, including coding data, analyzing data, and creating tables • Knowledge of basic descriptive statistics • Experience developing forms and online survey tools • Ability to adopt new tools and work processes quickly and solve problems creatively and autonomously • Ability to succeed with competing and changing priorities and tight deadlines • Ability to build collaborative working relationships and work as a team player with a customer service orientation • Commitment to embedding equity in internal practices, culture, and programs • Curiosity and commitment to environmental sustainability • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communication skills
