📋 Description

• Collaborate with Process Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to evaluate water treatment projects and opportunities • Coordinate with Sales and Commercial Engineering teams and screen new opportunities during WIN reviews • Represent Veolia at customer meetings and answer technical questions during bids and project discussions • Prepare, develop, review, and assess process design estimates, calculations, BFDs, PFDs, and P&IDs • Prepare P-table documentation, including design basis, mass balances, simulations, projections, chemical injection rates, consumables, power consumption, and redundancy strategies • Participate in P-table process reviews before proposal submission • Peer-review other SME team members’ P-table projects • Submit qualifying P-table documentation to Veolia’s BS&P Technical Validation team in Paris • Respond to BS&P technical validation questions • Coach and mentor TDPV team members • Provide remote and sometimes on-site process training to field operations teams • Support lifecycle cost analysis and compare flowsheets for technical and economic solutions • Develop process design strategies with Sales and Commercial Engineering teams • Maintain relationships with Regional Sales Managers, Local Representatives, and Commercial Engineering teams • Support development of MWIS fleet assets from process and operational safety perspectives • Conduct site and field audits to evaluate plant performance and troubleshoot operational issues • Provide operational safety input to field services, engineering, and design teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline • Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering preferred • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in water & wastewater process engineering or equipment supply field • Preferably 3–5 years of hands-on working knowledge of process equipment or in a water treatment plant environment • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in detailed process design • Ability to read and understand proposal documents and specifications from technical and commercial perspectives • Ability to work independently for long periods • Self-motivated, quick to deliver, and a team player • Demonstrated dedication to safety • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to produce quality technical and review documents • Ability to guide colleagues through technical reports and techno-economic case studies • Must be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately • Employer will not sponsor U.S. work authorization, including H-1B visa
