📋 Description

• Own and exceed enterprise-level revenue targets through a balanced focus on account growth, retention, and net-new business • Manage and expand a portfolio of banks and credit unions, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value creation • Lead executive-level engagements with C-suite stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations tied to business performance and growth goals • Drive consultative sales cycles from discovery through solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and close • Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to position integrated marketing, media, and digital solutions • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, product, and delivery teams to develop and execute client solutions • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting within the FI sector, focusing on enterprise-level opportunities • Deliver business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to reinforce value and expand partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise, quota-carrying sales • Proven success selling into Financial Institutions (banks, credit unions) • Experience selling data-driven marketing solutions • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large, strategic accounts while driving new business acquisition • Strong expertise in consultative selling, solution design, and executive storytelling • Experience navigating multi-threaded sales cycles and influencing senior stakeholders • Ability to leverage data and insights to drive business cases and differentiate solutions • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
