📋 Description

• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of financial institution clients as the primary day-to-day contact • Consult with clients on marketing strategies, campaign planning, and performance improvement opportunities • Lead integrated marketing campaign execution across digital and traditional channels • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and accurately • Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and recommendations • Proactively identify and resolve issues while ensuring an exceptional client experience • Coordinate stakeholders, manage priorities, and maintain clear communication to drive projects forward • Help financial institutions connect with customers through innovative, data-driven marketing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, agency, or related client-facing roles • Experience in a marketing, digital, or advertising agency or similar fast-paced environment preferred • Experience supporting financial institutions or highly regulated industries • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client priorities simultaneously • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
