📋 Description

• Create visual designs for ad production, web visuals, and social assets consistent with Verily and the Material Design system or product-specific visual language • Help develop Brand-to-Demand campaigns for B2B products • Execute nurture and engagement digital campaigns with Senior Designers under established art direction • Design presentations for events and Verily leadership talks • Collaborate with Verily Brand Studio on brand and design marketing collateral across Consumer, Corporate, and B2B projects • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Present ideas and designs to creative leads and stakeholders • Produce high-quality visuals from concept through execution across digital, social, and print mediums

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Design (Interaction, Graphic, Product) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in visual design for digital products • Robust portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual execution, including illustration, instructional design, and high-quality assets for consumer-facing web and mobile apps • Proven experience across diverse platforms, including print production and email marketing design • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Emerging experience or strong interest in AI-generative tools and motion graphics/animation • Qualified applicants must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States • Preferred: proficiency in CSS/HTML and advanced prototyping • Preferred: experience with motion design tools such as After Effects or Cinema 4D • Preferred: expertise in packaging and large-scale brand marketing assets • Preferred: understanding of traditional and digital design lifecycles and evolving technology and design trends • Preferred: ability to coordinate design across marketing, product, and engineering while managing complex workloads • Preferred: exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to articulate conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centered framework
