📋 Description

• Prepare filings and objection responses in SERFF and/or FilingRamp for multiple states and jurisdictions • Ensure necessary filing forms, certification forms, and checklists are included before submission • Apply appropriate filing mechanics • Monitor SERFF and email for incoming objections • Communicate objections to appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses • Request and communicate extensions when needed • Communicate with Insurance department and Bureau staff regarding filings, objections, and inquiries • Coordinate regulatory filings across multiple lines of business and jurisdictions to support timely approvals and implementation

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience • 3+ years' experience within the P&C industry • Experience in state filings and regulatory compliance are preferred • Superior interpersonal and oral/written communication • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment • High attention to detail • Knowledge and understanding of the current P/C marketplace • Understanding and use of ISO products is desirable
