📋 Description

• Drive enterprise strategy for learning measurement, effectiveness frameworks, and advanced learning analytics • Serve as a strategic partner across the L&D organization, bridging learning design with quantitative impact modeling • Establish measurement standards and evaluate learning solution outcomes • Develop predictive efficiency and ROI models linking learning interventions to business performance and operational efficiency • Design and implement scalable measurement strategies for enterprise learning initiatives • Analyze quantitative and qualitative learning data, learner pathways, engagement trends, and skill acquisition velocity • Translate learning metrics into actionable executive insights • Establish L&D analytics protocols, data collection standards, and continuous evaluation loops • Partner with L&D stakeholders, business leaders, and HR analytics teams on data-driven enhancements to instructional design and learning experience architecture • Guide instructional designers and project teams as a subject matter expert on learning effectiveness and measurement mechanisms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience • Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training • Current HR and/or Learning & Development experience • Experience focused on learning measurement, learning analytics, instructional evaluation, and/or business impact modeling • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time • Experience applying evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick model and Phillips ROI to large-scale enterprise learning programs • Experience with modern learning technologies, LXP/LMS telemetry, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio, or Qlik • Proven strategic consultation experience and ability to present complex analytics insights to senior executive stakeholders • Master's degree in Data Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, or related field is an additional qualification
