• You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the commercial process end-to-end, and working strategically to understand clients' needs and present the best solutions. • Perform active (outbound) prospecting to generate new opportunities. • Qualify leads and conduct diagnostic/discovery meetings to gain a deep understanding of customer needs. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing. • Conduct product demonstrations (demos) when necessary, linking solutions to identified pain points. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. • Maintain an active presence in the partner ecosystem, especially Salesforce and Zendesk, participating in meetings, events, joint initiatives and pipeline generation. • Develop commercial proposals and lead strategic negotiations. • Populate and keep the CRM updated with relevant information. • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success. • Monitor sales metrics and targets, ensuring predictability and performance.
• Proven experience in B2B consultative sales. • Experience in the full sales cycle (prospecting through closing). • Strong communication skills and active listening. • Ability to understand complex scenarios and propose strategic solutions. • Proactive, resilient, and target-oriented profile. • Organized and disciplined in pipeline management. • Experience with CRM. • Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce is a plus. • Prior experience selling via channels/partnerships is a plus. • English proficiency will be considered a plus.
