📋 Description

• Support day-to-day equipment maintenance and customer service levels • Troubleshoot, resolve, and repair nitric oxide delivery device issues • Travel to customer sites and interact with hospital staff regarding devices and customer concerns • Document maintenance activities using internal device/system logs in accordance with GDP and regulatory expectations • Perform monthly maintenance, calibration, and sensor changes according to manufacturer guidelines • Maintain regulatory and company documentation for maintenance, deliveries, and shipments • Coordinate packing and shipment of devices requiring off-site maintenance • Order new and replacement devices to minimize customer downtime • Maintain sufficient device and parts inventory • Deliver Noxivent cylinders to customers • Coordinate equipment deployments for evaluations, demonstrations, and customer onboarding • Receive off-shift customer calls and make on-site visits when immediate issue resolution is required • Plan and execute software updates, system enhancements, and field-based quality activities • Review device performance and utilization data, identify trends, recommend improvements, and support operational improvement • Collect monthly usage data from deployed devices • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Technical degree preferred • Good driving record required • Minimum of one year of equipment repair experience • Biomedical equipment repair experience preferred • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing and/or customer service role preferred • Basic computer skills required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to lift 50–70 pounds as needed • Able to bend, stoop, squat, and lift numerous times daily • Able to travel approximately 75% of the time, with limited overnight travel • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks and projects • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information • Must be a team player • Comfortable interacting with individuals at all organizational levels and across multiple sites • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize complex tasks, and manage operational demands across a multi-site territory • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools, data, and reporting systems • Ability to meet credentialing requirements and work in clinical or manufacturing environments • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift/move moderate loads of 50–70 pounds • Weekend work may be required based on operational needs
