📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization, focusing on complex, confidential, leadership, Senior Manager, Director, and other business-critical searches • Partner with executives and senior leaders, including the C-suite, to shape role requirements, hiring plans, and selection decisions • Develop and execute proactive sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for senior talent, including passive outreach, networking, and pipelining • Deliver a high-quality, high-touch candidate experience for senior candidates • Use recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and compensation intelligence to advise leaders and inform hiring strategy • Lead talent acquisition initiatives and programs, managing scope, timelines, stakeholders, and results • Identify gaps and recommend improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and systems • Use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve recruiting effectiveness and productivity • Support hiring manager training and enablement, including structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices • Act as a subject matter expert and informal coach to the Talent Acquisition team • Support the Manager, Talent Acquisition on Executive and VP searches and other select mandates • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies related to hiring and candidate data privacy • Perform other related duties supporting team objectives and organizational priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including recruiting Senior Manager and Director roles, ideally in a technology or software environment • Demonstrated executive presence, with the credibility to advise and influence C-suite and senior leaders • Proven success delivering talent acquisition initiatives or programs from planning through implementation • Strong project management and critical thinking skills • Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, and recruitment analytics • Business acumen to apply analytics in advising leaders • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization • Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada • Must successfully obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada • Obtaining and maintaining all required security clearances is a condition of employment
